A rich, multidisciplinary path in the service of accompaniment and transmission
Marta Hegyaljai Python’s path rests on long experience in accompaniment, communication, coaching and therapeutic approaches, completed by a deep expertise in hypnosis training in French-speaking Switzerland and internationally.
Formed at university in ethnology, psychology and communication sciences at the University of Zurich, she extended that work through training in intercultural mediation, brief psychotherapy, NLP, coaching and several approaches to hypnosis — notably Ericksonian hypnosis and classical hypnosis.
Her professional path was also built in the field, at the ICRC, where she held team-management and leadership responsibilities, contributed to the dissemination of international humanitarian law, and led multinational teams. That work, in high-demand environments, gave her a concrete expertise in managing oneself and others under strong pressure — and a deep regard for human resilience, which now runs through her teaching. In parallel, she carried out social-science research in universities and with the SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation).
I am deeply convinced that every human being has a fundamental, elementary driving force that brings us closer to health and to a complete well-being. We all have the resources needed to activate our resilience.
This interdisciplinarity is now one of the foundations of the MHP Coaching approach: hypnosis is taught not as a succession of protocols, but as a practice that mobilises attention, perception, imagination, communication, learning and individual resources.
Teaching therefore integrates, with discernment, contemporary knowledge from psychology, the neurosciences and the communication sciences, while keeping a central place for practical experience and the human relationship. Her approach is resolutely holistic: it integrates the complex interaction between psyche, nervous system and immune system (psychoneuroimmunology). That view belongs to a philosophical tradition that goes back to Spinoza, for whom the body influences the mind as much as the mind influences the body — an intuition that contemporary neurosciences have continued to confirm. Marta Hegyaljai Python stands fully in that intellectual lineage.
