Recognitions

Verifiable official recognitions

Three separate bodies recognise the school, and each covers something different. Here is which does what, and where to check it yourself.

The distinction matters when you set up practice: ASCA conditions whether your future clients' complementary insurance reimburses your sessions, eduQua attests to the training organisation's quality, and NGH opens an internationally recognised certification.

Accrediting bodies

  • ASCA

Swiss foundation for complementary medicine. Recognises cycle 1 (medical foundations) and cycle 2 (hypnosis method) — the condition for complementary-insurance reimbursement.

  • eduQua

Swiss quality label for continuing-education institutions. It covers the organisation's quality, not one particular method.
